Welcome to ChatScape – an app that allows you to create and customize simulated chat conversations. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the ChatScape mobile application (the "App") operated by us ("we", "our", or "us").
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1Use of the App
You may use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the App for illegal, harmful, or misleading activities
- Misrepresent real individuals in a way that could cause harm
- Reverse-engineer, modify, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App
- Use the App to harass, abuse, or impersonate others
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.
2Content Ownership and Responsibility
You retain full ownership of the chat stories you create. However, you are solely responsible for the content you create and share using the App.
You agree not to create or share any content that is:
- Defamatory, offensive, or obscene
- Infringes on any third-party copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property
- Promotes hate speech, violence, or discrimination
We are not responsible for user-generated content.
3Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, designs, and intellectual property related to the App (excluding user-created content) are the property of ChatScape or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.
4In-App Purchases
The App may offer subscriptions or one-time purchases (e.g., Premium access). All purchases are processed via Apple In-App Purchase. We do not handle payment information directly.
Subscription terms and pricing may change with prior notice. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID settings.
5No Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the App. You use the App at your own risk.
6Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the App
- Any content you create, share, or view through the App
- Any bugs, crashes, or performance issues
7Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
8Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App without prior notice for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
